Refund policy

Due to the nature of cosmetic products and hygiene concerns, we do not offer refunds for opened or used products.  We also do not offer refunds for products that are damaged, broken, or have a torn seal after delivery.  Please inspect your package carefully upon arrival.

We may offer a refund under the following circumstances:

Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 03 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the return and exchange of the incorrect product at no additional cost to you. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.

Damaged Product (During Shipping): If you receive a product that was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 03 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide photographic evidence of the damage to both the product and the packaging. We will then assess the situation and may offer a replacement or a refund. This applies only to damage incurred before delivery.

Conditions for Refunds and Exchanges:

  • All returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • You must contact us within 03 days of receiving your order to initiate a refund or exchange.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect product shipped).
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the returned product does not meet our policy requirements.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products
  • Products with a broken seal or damaged packaging after delivery
  • Promotional or sale items (unless otherwise stated)
